AI VFX · Greybox to final · Re-skin · Re-style · Relight
Test your own plates.
See how much it shifts and drifts from the original.
Drop your source and any AI video, ours or anyone's. Measure shift, drift and boiling right in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Then send us the difficult shot: we re-skin, re-style, add VFX or relight it around the original performance and deliver it finished.
Test your footage
Compare your source with your AI video, in your browser.
Load your source clip and your AI video (re-stylized, re-skinned or relit). Compare them frame by frame, measure shift and drift, and scan for boiling. Your files stay on your computer and are never uploaded.
Split, A/B flip, difference and frame-to-frame difference, with zoom to 1:1 so 4K can sit over FHD.
Push the view up to +7 stops to surface artifacts hiding in the shadows.
Aligns nine frames across the clip and reports how far the result moves from the source.
Looks for pixels that flicker where the source holds still. Near zero means no boiling.
Plays what your browser plays: H.264, HEVC, VP9 or AV1 in .mp4, .mov or .webm. ProRes and EXR need an H.264 or VP9 proxy, and heavy compression adds its own noise. HDR files may be tone-mapped by the browser. This is a screening tool, so confirm important calls in your editor.
Drag the divider. Hold Shift and drag to pan. Hold Ctrl and scroll, or pinch, to zoom.
Match the frame
Finds the frame in the AI video that lines up with this frame of the source.
Align
Finds the shift and scale that lay the AI video over the source at this frame.
Shift and drift
Aligns nine frames across the clip. Shift is the offset at the start. Drift is how far it moves by the end.
Boiling scan
Compares each frame with the one before it, only where the source holds still. Run Align first.
What we do
The shots other teams send back.
Shoot it grey
Film your actors on a grey set. We build the world around them and match the camera move for move.
New surface, same shot
Swap the paint, material or finish of vehicles, props and sets. Geometry, motion and timing stay locked.
A new look for the frame
Move a shot into another era, grade, texture or illustrated style while the performance stays intact.
Rescue the hard shot
The shots other pipelines struggle with: effects, creatures and full environments, with actors or without.
Light that matches the world
New key, fill and practicals for the new scene. The light changes and the performance does not.
Less shift. Less drift.
We hold your original's framing and timing as closely as we can and measure the shift and drift, so the shot conforms back into your cut with minimal adjustment.
One grade, start to finish
Colour is planned shot to shot, so a scene keeps its palette, contrast and mood from the first frame to the last, even when the shots come from different tools.
SDR to HDR. FHD to 4K.
Resolution, bit depth and colour space move up in steps, from proxy to final delivery. We recover highlight detail where the source allows and clean up banding, checking each step.
The comparison
Original on the left. Finished on the right.
Pick a shot type and drag the divider, or focus it and use the arrow keys. The performance and timing are kept as filmed, and the framing is matched to the original with minimal shift.
Performer first
Built around the performer.
When a shot has an actor, the performance stays as filmed. Shots without actors get the same discipline: your plate is the reference.
Real actors, real performance
The performance on your plate is the performance in the final shot. We build around the actor, never instead of them.
Change the world, not the performance
Sets, surfaces, style, effects and light change around the actor. Delivery, timing and expression do not.
Checkable against your plate
Compare any shot with your original, frame by frame, and see exactly what changed. You can try it on your own footage below.
Access and craft
Anyone can open the tools. We know how to run them.
The best models are open to anyone who signs up. What decides the result is how early you get the newest ones and how well the shot is directed.
Access to the leading models
We work at the enterprise tier, so your shot runs on the best models available instead of waiting on a consumer plan.
Advanced prompting and direction
Camera, light, timing and continuity are specified the way a crew would brief them, so the first result is usable.
A pipeline, not a lucky seed
References, consistency and QC on every shot, so a whole sequence holds together and a revision does not start from zero.
Deliverables
A finished shot, ready for your cut.
Everything is generated and finished with AI. You get the final shot, matched to your plate and delivered in the spec your pipeline needs.
| What | What you get | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Final shot | The finished AI shot, built around your plate | Drops into your edit without a rebuild |
| Match | Framing, timing and frame rate held to your original | Less shift, less drift |
| Format | FHD or 4K, SDR or HDR | Each stage at the spec you deliver in |
| Colour | Graded to the colour journey of the sequence | One look from the first shot to the last |
| Check | Shift, drift and boiling measured against your original | You can verify it yourself |
Formats and delivery specs are agreed per project.
